Womens Fleece Vest – Best Price!

I want to make a fleece blanket for my niece with purple trim on the edges. How do I sew it on and make it look nice? Do I need to hem the ribbon so it doesn’t fray, or is there something I can use that is already prepared? The shiny ribbon around the edges of some baby blankets is basically what I want to put on my blanket, but I haven’t done anything like this before.

I need to make a couple of cute baby blankets and I love doing the fleece ones, the problem is I need to make three of them and don’t want to pay store prices. Where can I find them online for a good price? I don’t want to buy in bulk cuz I need all different patterns. I’d appreciate any help I can get! Thanks!
