All of my fleece (blankets, clothing) comes out of the wash and dryer rough and scratchy, like it has some kind of coating on it. I use a mild detergent, cold water. Throw it in the dryer with a fabric softer sheet. All the baby blankets and clothes are ruined- can they be fixed by washing them again in a certain way???
My husband bought about five panels of Veggie Tales fleece and I don’t want to make a blanket out of it yet because well, 1. I have plenty of fleece blankets lying around and 2. they usually wind up under the bed somehow.
Any suggestions?
It’s too big for hats and things, so I’m wondering how I can make it work without having to cut characters out of the fleece.
